These guys are complete rip off. Our warranty company assigned them for our plumbing needs. They came in, and suggested home remedy for resolving the issue (they basically asked for soaking the aerator in vinegar). We reluctantly accepted as they insisted it will be easiest solution. They charged $60 for this. However when the remedy did not work, so we reached out again, they asked us to go to home Depot or something, and fix the issue ourselves.
