Just ended our commercial account with these guys. Plumber and Dispatcher said they had no clue how to bill me. Plumber asked me plumbing questions that if I knew, I wouldn’t have called a Plumber. Very rude and clueless.
Extremely disappointed with the plumbing services provided by Truflo Plumbing Inc, assigned through my home warranty. Not only did they mishandle my case, but they also provided inaccurate information to the home warranty company, causing further delays and frustration. Would not recommend their services based on my experience.

I wish I could give o. The guy came to my house, don't know what he is doing. Gave wrong suggestion for leak. He came through warranty company & just came to get visit charge. Really disappointed!!
My home warranty assigned them and they came out snaked what they thought was the issue but started backing up the next day. Called home warranty on Wed to have them come back out and they put me on the books for Monday. I called tru flo office Thur around 4 and was told they closed early because they weren't busy. So why was my request so far out if they weren't busy? They told me to call Fri morning to get on the books for Fri. I spoke to Brad Fri morning and was told that someone would be out that day.
