I am new to the Cosner's Corner area and booked my first appointment with Tru after doing quite a bit of research on local stylists. It was a wonderful experience. She was on-time, welcoming, professional, and stressed her commitment to healthy hair. I booked a 'crochet braid' style and washed my hair in advance (which she told me she would have done as part of the service). Terrible terrible experience. This lady is more concerned with grabbing your money than providing good service. It's obvious that this is just a means to an end for her. She was very rough with my hair even when I said "ouch". She told me my hair was thinning in the middle in a manner that felt like an insult. I know what my hair looks like and I didn't need her to point that out especially in the rude way she did. Dirty shop.

Since I have been in Virgina 3 years now, Tru has been my dread lady. She is amazing and always knows how to make me feel beautiful. My daughter recently decided to get her dreads done and I told her she could go anywhere, but she choice Tru!!!
