Stay away! On my first full color, Kaileigh left the product on too long, despite my saying that my hair cannot take a lot of time with color. My hair ended up black and feels like straw. I wrote to them that night, but never heard back. I had to drive to the salon to show them. The owner, Anna, said she got my message, but due to her vacation, she was too busy to reply.
