Prompt Professional Service. I have personally used and recommended them to multiple clients over the years. It really helps when listing a home with tile to have the grout professionally cleaned before putting a home on the market. Also, clean carpets look and smell so much better. They do the job great and put a lot of effort to get the job done.

I contracted with Tru-Clean Carpet and Tile Care to clean the carpeting in our day care center and to disinfect the cots our children sleep on. Last week a painting contractor we hired to paint our walls spilled approximately a quart of ceiling paint on our Oriental rug and to say that we were disappointed is an understatement. This rug has been in our family for more than 80 years and we were horrified that the rug appeared destroyed. We recently purchased a home where the previous owner was a cigarette smoker and the place smelled like a cigarette factory. Our realtor recommended that we contact Tru-Clean Carpet & Tile Care to remove the foul cigarette odor. We scheduled an appointment with Tru-Clean and their manager said that they could remove the smell and we contracted their services right away. Peditricians recommendations pays off. Based on the advice of my Pediatrician I contacted Tru-Clean Carpet and Tile Care to clean our carpets, mattresses and upholstery and treat them with an anti-allergen agent. Our child suffers from severe allergies and not being able to pin-point the source of the problem, our doctor suggested that source of the problem could very well be coming from allergens contained within our home.

We recently purchased a home in Fort Myers and the previous owner was a cigarette smoker. To get rid of the cigarette smell we repainted the home, washed down the doors, all cabinets and even had one of those "coupon carpet cleaners" clean our carpets.
