I love this agency. Kate and Jackie are the best. They are caring snd compassionate. I am always able to get ahold of someone with an issue and when I call the main office, they work quickly to address my issues. Tru-Care Home Health is a very personalized home health company. They visited my Mom every week, checked her vitals, kept track of her weight, and gave us helpful suggestions throughout the time they visited her. They were a great help to both my Mom and I, as I was able to contact the nurses anytime I had any questions or concerns. The nurses even checked back with me to see how my Mom was doing on those occasions when my Mom was experiencing more shortness of breath than usual.
