I love this agency. Kate and Jackie are the best. They are caring snd compassionate. I am always able to get ahold of someone with an issue and when I call the main office, they work quickly to address my issues. If you are looking for a health care agency for home, please consider Tru-Care. I have been with them for 7 months and I could not imagine going anywhere else.
I am so happy I agreed to take Tru-Care Home Health. I have a nurse Jackie and she is the best. So caring and has done a wonderful Job making sure I get the best care. Please let her know that I greatly appreciate her.
Tru-Care Home Health is a very personalized home health company. They visited my Mom every week, checked her vitals, kept track of her weight, and gave us helpful suggestions throughout the time they visited her. They were a great help to both my Mom and I, as I was able to contact the nurses anytime I had any questions or concerns. The nurses even checked back with me to see how my Mom was doing on those occasions when my Mom was experiencing more shortness of breath than usual. I am very pleased with the service of Tru-Care Home Health they are very professional and friendly specially Princess and Jackie and charles they care about their patients and I would really recommend them for anyone who needs home care.
Nurse Jackie & Veronica are awesome very kind and compassionate! Therapist David is extremely supportive and knowledgeable in his profession and has helped me through my recovery.
