Husband and I are on the road again, and this time we stopped in at Tru Café in Hammond, LA, looking for a bite to eat. Such great food and people! There’s a large selection of tasty, healthy options made with high-quality ingredients. Perfect for those with dietary restrictions or who want a clean/nutritious meal! It’s a great place to eat or to study and get some work done. I can’t recommend it enough!

Im traveling again and I love finding/supporting quaint little places that offer gluten friendly items. The menu has a variety of food, fresh juices, wheatgrass shots, smoothies with milk alternatives, and more. I had the best smoothie (which I customized with no problem). I also drank it before getting a photo 😬, my bad!
