Policy of no cups or water bottle provided with room. I've traveled all over the world and never seen this before. Apparently you're supposed to buy a bottle of water from them I mean that is just crass and tacky. Pretty sure even motel 6 gives you disposable water cups. The decor is crazy bad - childish, primary colors and zigzag carpets. Hotel is newer and very clean, but I was not pleased with a few issues. First the rooms are very small and don't have coffee makers or microwaves in the room.This normally isn't a huge deal for a one night stay, but this time it was since one in our party has mobility issues. Also rooms are so small that he couldn't really move around in the room very easily. Next time I will choose a different brand.

I had a 5 am flight. They offered a complimentary shuttle. They forgot me. I checked with the desk 2 days before and again the night before. I questioned how late it left They said they took the flight crew. I had to walk next door to the other hotel while they tried to find the shuttle driver! I was so late luckily I didn't miss my plane.
