When i wand the lady just look at me and cancel the reservation. What is when to see my reservation she canceled it . she should of done is just gave me my money and said no know I have to do all this extra work to get my money back and even get a layers because that decriminalization. So sad I just need a room to sleep before work my hrs are from 3to 1 am this is the worst experience I have ever had i will give it a below 0 star. And she just said to talk. To her manager
Rooms are a little small but very clean.
Tru hotels are great! This one was particularly nice. Great location, great vibes, great stay. Ignore the boomer reviews with their boomer comments.
Rooms are tiny, no closet or drawers. King bed with no King pillows - Breakfast limited and the apple juice was mostly water, apple capital of the country with the worst apple juice I ever had at a Hilton. No bottle water for diamond members. Walls are super thin so you hear tv in room next too you.
