The desk folk were amazing in making sure everything was just right. I love all the food choices within walking distance to the room.
When i wand the lady just look at me and cancel the reservation. What is when to see my reservation she canceled it . she should of done is just gave me my money and said no know I have to do all this extra work to get my money back and even get a layers because that decriminalization. So sad I just need a room to sleep before work my hrs are from 3to 1 am this is the worst experience I have ever had i will give it a below 0 star. And she just said to talk. To her manager
