Kind of a bait and switch on the room I booked (reserved a king and was told none were available and got shunted into a double queen). Kids screaming up and down the halls early on a Sunday morning (seemingly no effort made by staff to enforce the self-imposed "quiet hours"). Divisive fox news on the giant lobby tv 24/7 which was unbearable to sit through (maybe try for a more centrist/legitimate news station). I just wanted to give a shout out to the desk manager Carissa at your Tru Wilmington Wrightsville Beach. I just wanted to let you know that she made us feel like family. She remembered us from staying there last year. She was very attentive, polite, and friendly. Everything was excellent. The rooms were clean. The water pressure was excellent And we will definitely stay again.
Loved this hotel!! It felt new, clean, and bright!! Staff were welcoming, friendly, and gave us waters on arrival. They had a delicious breakfast. Wish we could have stayed here longer!!
