I do not recommend it. I am staying at the hotel, the pool isn't open, and all you offer are excuses.

Stayed here once before and all was good. This time I don't think the bathroom had been cleaned. Lots of hair...long and short...stuck to the shower walls and ceiling. Stains on the bathroom floor....very creepy!

We had reservations on May 17th 2026. We were supposed to see a show at the Wilson Center that night, but it was canceled due to the fact that the performer was sick. We were notified by text about 5 hours before showtime. I immediately called the hotel and was abruptly told by a girl that she could cancel it, but it’s full charge no refunds. Our roon wasn't ready by 5pm and it was still dirty after they cleaned it. All they did was mop and change the bedding. The surfaces were covered in spilled coffee, crumbs and hair. They had to come dry our floor after we checked in because it was soaked from mopping. We almost fell when trying to put our bag down. There was a toenail and trash under the bed. They do not have a coffee maker in the room. They definitely need to work on thoroughly cleaning the rooms BEFORE 3pm. It was our first time staying at a Tru hotel and ... read more
