The room would be more comfortable if the AC would go lower than 71. The thermostat gives you the option to go down to 64; however, it never happened! One of the hottest weeks in August to have a pet indoors and not be able to make them comfortable. Also sleeping is impossible with this heat too. Staff is awesome though. Location is crazy at night, I’d be wary walking around this place. Probably won’t stay here again.

Stayed here once before and all was good. This time I don't think the bathroom had been cleaned. Lots of hair...long and short...stuck to the shower walls and ceiling. Stains on the bathroom floor....very creepy!

We had reservations on May 17th 2026. We were supposed to see a show at the Wilson Center that night, but it was canceled due to the fact that the performer was sick. We were notified by text about 5 hours before showtime. I immediately called the hotel and was abruptly told by a girl that she could cancel it, but it’s full charge no refunds. Our roon wasn't ready by 5pm and it was still dirty after they cleaned it. All they did was mop and change the bedding. The surfaces were covered in spilled coffee, crumbs and hair. They had to come dry our floor after we checked in because it was soaked from mopping. We almost fell when trying to put our bag down. There was a toenail and trash under the bed.
