I just want to thank the staff of this hotel for being so friendly and helpful when we stayed here- the front desk folks on the morning and evening shift, and the breakfast folks and everyone. Great place to stay! Rooms: 5
while on my seven day vacation. I complained twice about the noise from above me. I tolerated it for three days and I had enough I couldn't hear the TV or sleep because of the noise. I called the front desk and asked if they were building something in the room above me because it was so loud. It stopped for a while and started back up so I had to call the front desk. The hotel is located in a prefect spot for shopping, dinning, and less than 10mns from downtown.
We had a great stay at Tru. I wasn't sure when my husband booked it, but any Hilton hotel is going to be good. We had a king room. The space was smaller than most rooms I've stayed in, but that's their "thing." No coffee maker in the room, but they had coffee available 24 hours a day on the lobby. Big bathroom with walk-in shower and terrific smelling shampoo et al. They had a breakfast, but we didn't eat there. We did buy some items from the hotel store. The service was wonderful, it was a very cute and modern. I loved the gathering areas and 24/7 free coffee. The rooms are tiny, though and there is no coffee maker in the rooms, no water pressure and nowhere to put your clothes. We stayed for 6 nights for work. I would stay here again just not for that long, without anywhere to put anything. The staff was delightful though!
