Rooms were a little sparse and we had a few maintenance issues that had to be taken care of. Zero complaint with service. Breakfast was pretty sad, coffee was horrible and do yourself a favor and stay far away from the stuff they call orange juice!

Tyler on night shift was amazing with accommodating my stay. He was fast, efficient and he listen to every concern I had. More people like this should work in customer service, it makes a world of a difference. He was the sweetest!!! Also this hotel is a 10/10, it’s connected to Lela by Hilton and both hotels are really nice and clean. You can’t go wrong with either. I loved my birthday stay
We had a great stay overall! Our room was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. While our check-in experience was a bit off-putting due to the receptionist Raul's attitude, the rest of the staff completely turned things around. The absolute highlight of our trip was Amber, the Assistant Executive of Housekeeping. When we needed assistance, she went above and beyond to help us.
