God forbid don’t ask for anything in particular from these people because you will not get it treating their customers like they’re always wrong for a brand new hotel had way too many problems. You’re better off staying at one of the older hotels within walking distance at least they treat you better. For a business that is customer service oriented the people at the front desk. An amazing place to stay! From the second you arrive, greeted with a smile, very friendly and accommodating staff who make you feel welcome and right at home!!! The lobby is also phenomenal with every access and comforts! A delicious, wonderful breakfast and always fresh!!! A very nice gym!!! The rooms are extremely gorgeous and spacious!!! I was a greeted with a smile and good evening as soon as I walked through the door. The breakfast bar was next level- LOVED the package machine and omelettes. Our room was clean and spacious, the toiletries smell delightful, and the fitness center was terrific, but our favorite part was the LOBBY. So cozy, LOTS of spaces to hang out and/or do work in, brightly colored, and a list of recommendations for things to do in the area on the wall!!
