It was the first Tru visit for us, but it won't be the last! Quirky, but nice, this hotel checks all the boxes on my list. I love the cleanliness of this place, and the simplicity of the rooms that excel for one-night stopovers. I love the flooring instead of carpet, which makes cleaning much easier. This location was too far from home for me to stay again, but there is a location in Fort Wayne, which is where we usually stay. I definitely will be staying at Tru locations whenever I can from now on.

Good customer service, room could have been cleaned better as there was a wrapper on the floor when we first entered the room.

Newer hotel with great service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hot and tasty breakfast items. Would definitely stay here again.

Needs some work. Our room had lights that didn’t work and the vent fan in the bathroom didn’t work, with 4 of us in the room we needed that to be functional. The breakfast we paid for was pitiful and there were little to no options for someone who can’t eat gluten. And no, eggs aren’t safe, so the only option was a sausage patty that appeared to be 3 days old and repeatedly reheated. I wish I would have stayed at the holiday inn express next door but they were full and now I know why.
