I used to stay here from time to time and loved it until the Manager Tim Stunda had me pick up his personal vehicle, work on it (for days) paying for supplies and parts with my own money and drop it off and then he said he didn't have the money right then but would provide us with use of hotel rooms for free like he promised and pay whatever the rest of the bill was in cash and then never paid or gave us use of any rooms, refuses to pay. We love everything about this hotel. The room was comfortable with wonderful blackout shades, plenty of hot water, great mattresses, and a quiet sleeping experience. What more can you ask for from a hotel? The a/c and heat worked well. Which is a great plus +. And the staff were very professional, while also being friendly and conversational. The location is great for visiting Warsaw, IN a surrounding area, but Google Maps will navigate you to a location that is not on Prosperity Drive. It is instead on 175 East, half a mile east of the actual location.
A super friendly staff with great service too. Breakfast was good. Just have some minor maintenance issues to address, but I'd definitely stay here again .
