Staff are phenomenal
This is economy lodging at its best. They know how to do it. Affordable, clean and little extras that make it feel much more. Little bags of goodies presented at arrival and superb service the whole time. I'm writing this review so I document and come back. Breakfast was better then most. Rooms were very clean! Another update...We stayed here a second time...another great experience.
It was the first Tru visit for us, but it won't be the last! Quirky, but nice, this hotel checks all the boxes on my list. I love the cleanliness of this place, and the simplicity of the rooms that excel for one-night stopovers. I love the flooring instead of carpet, which makes cleaning much easier. This location was too far from home for me to stay again, but there is a location in Fort Wayne, which is where we usually stay. I definitely will be staying at Tru locations whenever I can from now on.
