Stayed here for 10 weeks and it was incredible. The staff were kind and helpful to make sure I had a great stay. The room felt luxurious, smart TV was really good quality, and the bed, bathroom, and work desk were fantastic. Breakfast could use some potatoes (or bacon) but this Tru by Hilton gave me such an amazing experience during my extended stay. Would recommend to anyone!

We travel to Warsaw, IN monthly for my husband's job, but this is our first time staying at Tru by Hilton, and it's been a great experience. First impressions matter, and the lobby space of the hotel is cool with a pool table and mural of Warsaw and fun but functional furniture. We were greeted and checked in by Izzy who was so friendly and warm; we felt instantly welcomed. Pros-- Great service, wonderful breakfast, comfy bed, and close to my conference. Initially, there was a problem with my first room. It wasn't completely clean. Front desk was great about getting me another room right away. Thought I would have a good 2 night stay after that, but then. . . Cons--a six-legged visitor! I am 99.5% sure the little friend I found on my bedsheets this morning was a bed bug. I freaked and went to front desk.
