I’d like to add to the positive reviews for Tru by Hilton in Warsaw, Indiana. The rooms were very clean, the service was exceptional, and all of the common areas, including the hallways, elevators, and dining areas, were spotless. What really stood out was the customer care. After I got home, Amy called to let me know I had left items behind in my room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I’ve never had a hotel call me about something I left behind before. I loved my stay here so much! I was here for work and this is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had- Tim and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Everything was really clean, the gym is nice, and the water temp/pressure was great. Really friendly people who make you feel welcome and clearly take great pride in their job. :)
This is economy lodging at its best. They know how to do it. Affordable, clean and little extras that make it feel much more. Little bags of goodies presented at arrival and superb service the whole time. I'm writing this review so I document and come back. Breakfast was better then most. Rooms were very clean!
