Very professional staff. Helped me a lot with convenience
Tru by Hilton, hires thieves and then blames their only good and honest employee. If you don't wish for your things to be rummaged through then stay away. Theyve kept the employee who is actually stealing . And fired someone innocent. No investigation just automatically assumed it was him even though it wasn't. Please be cautious . As management doesn't seem to care to truly get to the bottom of whos doing the crime. Which means you're most likely to be stolen from your next trip.
This is a good hotel for short stays. Smaller rooms with no closets. They have hooks on the walls to hang clothes. Water pressure in the bathroom sink is no good. Shower pressure is fair. Don't think I would stay here for longer than a couple of days. Service was excellent!
I love staying here. Just miss having a microwave and coffee pot in rooms.
