Clean, modern and fabulous place to stay with comfortable beds and fantastic showers. Super close to Rupp Arena(quick drive) without the price of downtown.
Water smells like sewage pressure is almost zero in the restroom / shower. very small fridge shorter than my knees, doesn't allow for anything useful to be kept cold . no microwaves at all ...if i would use it, i would pay only 25 to 50 bucks a night not 200 +dollars a night they are charging.
Tru by Hilton University medical center is not only affordable, but also clean, modern, and ran by a competent staff. These accommodations are in a great location perfect for exploring downtown Lexington. Everything and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and assures our continued patronage.
I'm a longtime Hilton loyalist, but this was my first experience at a Tru. The staff was by far the best part of the experience, and I'm thankful it was so near UK Children's given the circumstances, but I wish I'd booked at one of the other Hilton options in the area. This was the same price but what felt like half the space and amenities, not even a microwave or coffeemaker in the room. It was fine for what it was, the room was clean, and as mentioned, the staff was everything I expect from and love about Hilton.
