Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a great location close to everything. No washer/dryer on-site (laundry is available next door at Home2), and the microwave is in the lobby instead of the rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! My only concern was a slight smell from the shower, even after switching rooms, which may be related to the pipes or water.

My best hotel stay ever. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and the breakfast is good. I ended up in Tupelo by accident. I was in the process of adopting and the mother gave birth in Tupelo while traveling to another state. When I arrived to the hospital the baby was in NICU. The hotel staff asked me how the baby was doing every day. The manager helped me with a better rate for the unexpected extended stay. Everything was great! The staff was so friendly! The breakfast was great! Fire alarm at 5:50 am was a little annoying but a great wake up call!
