I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this will be my last stay. Upon entering the room I noticed the shades were broken. The room was not clean, but worst than that the bed linen was dirty.
They claim that a queen size bed is a king. If its a king size bed then why do the queen size sheets i brought fit it perfectly. The lady at the front desk can't tell the difference between king and queen size beds or a room with a couch to a room with out a couch. When I asked about why my room has a queen instead of king she claimed they dont have rooms with only one queen bed and looked at me like I'm crazy. Also the rooms are small and have no microwave.
