I wish they wiped the counter top in the Bathroom better, when I went to clean with my own wipes this all appeared. Very gross
I got the attached response after my review on google, so I tried calling the number provided, after going back and forth, I was told that my money is non refundable, which I already knew. I don’t understand why they would respond to my review like this when they can’t help and solve this issue by refunding my money. Just a disaster, honestly!
My boyfriend booked a room but when we got to the hotel the lobby said that we’ve made a mistake in our booking date, and we were told that we should contact Expedia to cancel, we did cancel but we didn’t get our deposit back. We called their customer service (both Expedia and Tru hotel) but they said they can’t do anything about it. We canceled 6 days in advance and still weren’t able to get any money back and they literally took it as penalty!!!
