No idea about the rooms or location, it's only 1:00 p.m. and the front desk told me that I'd be charged an extra amount to early check-in. I'm a travelin electrician, and nothing was supported. Would not recommend this hotel. Completely a joke, will be taking my patronage somewhere else.
Front desk would not give me military rate even though military is paying for room. I was traveling with a service animal, yet front desk asks what the service animal support was for in violation of ADA and HIPA. Overall the tone and questions were disparaging and condescending and made me feel so humiliated. I have never been treated like this.
Breakfast was great! Clean rooms and great customer service. Loved the Cherokee gift shop near the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area. Small casino near hotel too.
Bed is uncomfortable as hell i get better pillow in jail and what the hell is with she curtain being used as a blanket. I had to ask for an actual blanket🤣🤣 maybe mine was bad draw but this shit sucked and will never stay at one of these hotels again
