Upon arrival (in our room) I noticed a sign in the bathroom that said for guest convenience rooms will be clean every other day. Our room was never clean we were there for Thurs to Sun. On Sat when we thought the room would be cleaned it wasn't and I asked for it to be cleaned while we were out. We arrived back to the room that night it was not cleaned but I noticed there were new wash towels and dry towels in the room. My wife and I stay at the Hilton Inn in stuttgart, Ar. It was ok for Stuttgart, the rooms were too small and the beds was too large, as for the Continental breakfast we were disappointed we expect a hot breakfast and all we were told was that it was fruit cereal, and coffee, but not much more than that so we went to McDonald’s across the street to eat breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here. Im the rooms were decent and the service was friendly and professional. They provide body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable. We will be staying again!
Outstanding service, clean and caring staff. Highly recommended for families and friends.
