Customer service was horrendous. I tried setting up a block with them for over 5 months for my wedding, and kept getting the run around with what seemed like it should have been an easy task. Ended up setting it up with another hotel, and to this day I have not heard anything from them.
Quiet location with food and shops nearby that are walkable. Comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. There’s also a neat game area with shuffleboard which was fun. Service wasn’t great. It wasn’t bad, just not exactly friendly. There was one woman at the desk when I checked out who was all smiles. It’s unfortunate the others don’t take her lead. Overall, a great place to stay.
