We called to say we would be arriving late and were told that was fine. We arrived to an empty reception area and had to wait 25 minutes for someone to help us. We called in during this time, hoping someone would answer but alas, no o e did. So, after driving all day, we were exhausted and stuck waiting for our room.
We had a great experience checking in with Tyrone. He was very friendly and helpful.
Great stay at the Tru for family wedding. Whole not a top notch Hilton property..the Tru is exactly what it says it is. Clean..very friendly..high tech. Check in on the app because the 1 desk person was overwhelmed with 3 weddings on labor day weekend. But apart from that everything was great! Rooms and the hotel all felt new and smelled clean.
