Clean room nice shower, and breakfast. BEST news left some good earrings in room, Max made sure they were found and mailed to me! That is service above and beyond will stay at Tru in Stoughton again , with staff like Max there
This was nice hotel, clean and updated. I really liked that they had recommendations for local places to dine, drink, and be entertained.
Bring earplugs. Walls are very thin
The staff went above and beyond!! Gabby, Brooke and Max We’re wonderful to work with as were all of the staff not catching everyone’s names. The rooms were beautiful clean and comfortable! They helped coordinate getting into our rooms a little earlier so we could get to the wedding in time for pictures. Then when the bride couldn’t find her keys, they even helped go through the garbage to see if they were thrown away. Luckily, they were found found in a pocket. Room is clean. Beds were fine. No carpet which is good. First thing I noticed. No coffee maker in the room. They provide it in the lobby, but it was out. HUH???? Staff was borderline rude. I do not want to go to the lobby to get coffee when I wake up. I have to get dressed, go in the elevator when I am grouchy and I like to shower with some coffee in there.
