I stayed here a multitude of times with my family for Horror Hound weekend. Breakfast is always great the rooms are always clean and we've never had one problem staying here. Definitely a great alternative instead of spending a fortune at some of the other hotels and it's only about a 5-minute drive from the venue..
We had a great stay here. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. They gave us good local food recommendations, plus there is a dedicated spot right outside the first-floor elevator packed with ideas for things to see and do in the area. We had booked connecting rooms quite a while ago, and they were still able to honor that and keep us together, which was really nice. The rooms and bathrooms were fresh and clean. A/C doesn't work, called the desk and they said they wouldn't call anyone until the morning (when it wouldn't even matter anymore). 3 hours before we have to leave and it's still not fixed, so the stay really sucked. No ventilation in the bathroom. No microwave. Construction outside the window. Rude staff. I'll never stay at any Hilton location again.
