Kenni was very helpful with checkin and accommodating us after a stressful day of travel! Cannot recommend this hotel or staff enough!
4 1/2 or almost 5 stars here. I’m a picky person and I would stay here again. We stayed here for the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a very nice modern and reasonably priced hotel! My biggest 3 requirements for any hotel is: Safety, Cleanliness, and Quiet. This place did a great job on all 3 plus nice employees and also pleasant clientele too. This is 100% THE BEST hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was very nice, and they had hot chocolate and tea 24/7. Breakfast was fairly good, too.
