Unfortunately this hotel overbooked and didn’t have the room I had paid for. They offered to cancel the room but when you’re on a road trip and pull In for the night, that isn’t particularly helpful. The property was fine but it’s too bad that it is unreliable.
Front desk overwhelmed during a busy weekend and was rude to guests onsite and on phone. Upon calling to advise about an issue with my reservation, he stated he was “busy with other things, hold on” in a dismissive way. I’d asked for name and he refused while making up a manager name.
Service was fine - guy at the desk was nice. Location is perfect- super close to larger city area. However, the rooms don’t have a coffeemaker or a microwave? That’s usually a given in any hotel room and I was surprised when there was only a mini fridge. I’ll pay more attention to the amenities next time
