Came to town for work. The hotel was exactly what I needed. Good location. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was AMAZING!! They went out of their way to help me get an item I left behind! Every time I have to go to this area I will be staying here!
We’ve stayed at Tru hotel before in Florence, KY and had a lot of fun. I’m guessing this specific hotel gets a lot of school/sports groups staying with them (lot of no jumping signs in the elevator) and it felt like the pool hours (9am - 9pm) were shorter than at the other Tru hotel. The room was pretty clean and about what you’d expect. The bathroom in the room could have used a good deep clean, especially around the shower doors. Good breakfast in the morning.
