Kevin was AMAZING! He was very helpful and polite! He made this stay worth it! After an 8 hour drive I needed this kind of superb customer service to make it all worth the while. The rooms were neat and clean and the location is convenient to everything!
We came down from SC to get a car....this hotel was just down the road. Wish it hadn't been raining but that's ok. Awesome 1 night stay! Quiet room. Beautiful room. Small but efficient. Just enough. Great breakfast. Easy check in check out. Wish I could stay one more night. If we have to come back we will definitely stay here. Free parking!!! Thank you Hilton Tru!!!!
Cockroaches the size of godzilla were found in our two rooms, along with one from another room from another customer. Stay away unless you want to sleep with unwanted guests.
