This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel with friendly staff (like Wanda). Our room was large and the bed and pillows were very comfy. We had a nice walk-in shower. The only disappointment was that there wasnt a pool.

When I called to cancel my reservation because my husband was in the hospital ICU at our vacation spot They charged us the full amount because I didn’t cancel in time Even going through Hilton cooperate this hotel refused to refund the money We did not stay here nor will I ever Hilton was wonderful all other Tru hotels have been wonderful just beware of the greed at this tru hotel’s

Miss Vickie at the Front desk is a total angel. She's got the personality for the job. About the Tru itself, it's clean and very inviting. Not sure who the cleaning manger is, but they should be given a raise. So often times the floors are sticky or have a film on them. This place is so clean and Vickie is so sweet, I wish I could have spent more than one night here. It's an 11 out of 10. Definitely stay here!!
