This was my first time staying at a TRU by Hilton… overall awesome experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. VERY clean room. Only a 10 minute drive to Cedar Point and close to lots of restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again during our next Cedar Point visit!
Wonderful hotel. Absolutely no complaints just complements. Asia at the front desk made us feel right at home. This is the best hotel over the other ones we have stayed here in Sandusky.
The staff here was incredible. Particularly Asia and Terri. From the time we checked in to the time we left, they were friendly, generous and made sure we felt special. They engaged in conversations with the kids about our vacation plans and gave them complimentary treats to make their days brighter. Their cheery nature and huge smiles made this hotel stay one we will remember. We will definitely book here again. Great job, ladies!
Absolutely had to leave a 5 star review for the staff alone but I won’t stay anywhere else now when i’m in Sandusky! We went to Cedar Point on 8/21 and didn’t get to check in until about 8:30pm. We were greeted by friendly Asia who helped us get checked in quickly and provided some helpful tips for the area and our stay. The lobby was cute, modern, and kid friendly with games (was not aware of this upon booking but it’s close to an amusement park so most places cater to kids which is understandable just not a selling point f... read more
