The Bad: Where do I even start? At check in, I told them I booked the room through the Capital One travel site and wanted to get my HH Honors points. For the first time in 10 years, I was told, “Sir, we cannot do that because you booked through a third party site.” News to me, especially since the Hilton Garden Inn I stayed at two nights earlier had absolutely no issue doing it.
