My family and I checked in on Saturday, 7/18/26. Our room was very dusty with long strands of hair in many places. As always, we cleaned and disinfected our room with the cleaning supplies we brought with us. There was mold in two (2) locations in the bathroom. I reported this to the front desk member (Stacy) who told me that most rooms have it and it won't come up. Rooms: The rooms were kept tidy, and were just what was needed for a short personal trip. If you want a minimalistic type room, this brand in general is good in keeping to that, while still keeping the comfort of a traditional Hilton Hotel. I can see why this hotel has a 3.8 rating. Their customer service is terrible. I booked for two nights, extended my stay for another two nights. I tried calling the front desk to let them know and ask to move to a higher floor. The phone in the room didn’t work. I went to the front desk, the girl there told me she couldn’t move me to another room, knowing that they have other rooms available.
