Downtown San Antonio is just 20 minutes from our hotel.We have a 24-hour fitness center and market, plus free WiFi and breakfast.

If the elevators were working this would be a 5 all around. Enjoyed the location and the rooms. Good beds and fair pricing. We'd go back again!
This hotel is brand new but has all the signs of poor management. First of all, the elevators don’t work and they don’t tell you that until you check in. Hallways aren’t cooled for some reason. Our room was fine, cold but very humid (like the hallway). Made everything in the room sticky. Our room had no body wash. Breakfast was terrible. Juice is just colored water, coffee was weak and hadn’t been made yet when we went down. Powdered eggs swimming in water. Good location. Room service was not very attentive.
Room was very dirty, floor was sticky, hair all in the shower…had to clean it myself. Elevators were not working and staff at front desk when I checked in were not friendly at all, too busy on phone. Great location but will not stay here again…I’d recommend the Hyatt and Drury 10 times over!
