Aaron and Tiffany are the best! They accommodated my needs last minute and gave me a wonderful comfortable room!
The guy who checked us in who we dealt with a few times was not welcoming. He always had earbuds in and seemed bothered whenever approached, I guess we interrupted whatever he was listening to. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast area kept it cleaned and well stocked. We were underwhelmed by the upkeep in cleanliness overall. The best thing is the location, which is near shops. This hotel is mid at best. Rooms are ok, nothing special, the breakfast sucks you know what, they charge to park in their parking lot, the pool and outside area is really the only part that was worth a damn. The location is good as far as shopping and food but so are a handful of other places. I was not impressed and I hope my company finds a better place to put us next time.
