Aaron is the man!!! Being Hilton Honors members we tried to check in at Home2 they denied us because it was 230am, we drove in from Beaumont area and needed a rest. Aaron made it happen for us! Fully accommodating every need we had even going to let my family in so I could get our room settled and checked on us to make sure we would be comfortable and happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better guy in our moment of need. Rooms were pristine and lobby was beautiful, even had grills out by the pool!
The service is not good and the front desk was very rude. The rooms look big on website but it sucked it was small to find 5 people in our family and the food,pool,8 pool, and the gym was good and fun
Excellent location!
Very nice hotel staff. Room is like an IKEA dorm room but still OK.
