Small rooms, small towels, very sparse breakfast offerings. Sheets were too smal for mattress and kept popping off. Was not an expensive stay and it shows
very clean, new furniture in my room
Hotel has some reasonable wear and tear, but it's clean. Smelled nice throughout. Bathroom in room was spacious and clean. Water was hot. Bed was clean and completely comfortable. The pool area is nice. It could do with updated furniture etc, but the area is welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. We experienced a good safe place to stay for the price.
*A SEINFELD EPISODE!!? NEVER AGAIN! As a HH member i travel frequently and everywhere. WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER. I booked 2 months in advance a king bedroom. I use the extra space to rehearse my facilitations during the early morning hours. Imagine my surprise when I entered a two queen room! What was more surprising was the flippant report "I show you reserved this room"!!! I shared the attached screenshot, and the hotel was sold out so they couldn't make any corrections.
