I would say this is a lovely hotel, except for the room. Positives of this hotel. It has lovely staff, wonderful play area for kids and adults. I love the foosball, I love the area they had for kids with some play toys. a wonderful clean downstairs area, including, wonderful snack bar to purchase items for food. And a really nice lounge. The pool and gym are basic but very nice and accessible. The water and ice we're perfectly fine. Overall I would stay at this hotel again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
I have never been so disappointed in a Hilton hotel. I was not recognized as an Honors member when I arrived and had to go back to the desk to inquire about bottled water that is usually given to members upon check-in. The staff was overall friendly (not all but most). Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue with one of our rooms that needs to be resolved immediately. The rooms were very well laid out. The beds were comfortable. Nice pool but no hot tub. The location's a little further away from things depending on what you want to do
