I HATE to write negative reviews. This one is mixed. I have MANY nice things to say as well. Beautiful hotel, friendly as heck staff, pretty rooms! You might thing then what could be wrong right? We picked this hotel for a NASCAR race in Bristol Tennessee as it was only 1 hour 54 minutes from The track and all the hotels near then track were astronomical in price of course. What we didn’t know as that the hotel would be full due to college football games. That didn’t bother me either. BUT during Friday evening as I seen how ... read more

Great stay! Clean! Pet friendly! Excellent staff. Ellen greeted us last night and Shelly took care of us this morning. Breakfast is so nice. Everything about the place says, “Stay here!”
