Would be nice to have a restaurant closer by, but there are plenty of options on into town.
Arrived at two in the morning after a delayed trip and asked for late checkout. The front desk agent was rude, refused outright, and told me her manager is super strict and would say no before I could even ask. As a Diamond member who spends a lot with Hilton every year, that felt pretty obnoxious given the situation. Clean new hotel, water pressure on the 4th floor was dismal. Limited channel selection, only CNN, no Fox News.
Bizarre stay... 1. Room was dirty 2. Shower didn't have soap 3. I tried to use chat through the app to tell them that we needed soap to shower. nobody at hotel answered. We couldn't shower that night. 4. Checked in late in evening. So next morning I explained that our room was dirty, didn't have soap, and nobody answered chat. Clerk said "sorry, I didn't have time to check chat." OK, it's literally 11 hours later, and she didn't have time to check chat in 11 hours?!
