Very pricey. Rooms are not traditional. Rooms are smaller than I’m used to. There’s no buffer between the high ceilings and the room above me and I could hear people walking around upstairs in the room above.
CALLED THE HOTLINE BUT HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 20 MINS BEFORE YOU CAN SPEAK WITH A VERY RUDE FRONTDESK. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN RESIGN. YOU ARE ONE OF THE MANY REASONS WHY YOU GET THESE REVIEWS. PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT PASSIONATE ABOUT THEIR WORK. I WON'T RECOMMEND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL!!!
Clean, comfortable and service was friendly.
I had an AMAZING experience at the Tru by Hilton Prattville from start to finish! WOW!! Not only is this property fresh, new, clean and offers all the amenities that anyone could possibly want in a hotel (full breakfast, spacious rooms, internet, safe/convenient location, and excellent service staff), but your Sales Manager, Madison Box is second to none!!!
