I absolutely loved my stay at this property! I have stayed at The Tru Plano Hwy 75 on two occasions. Both times, my stay was absolutely perfect. I work for Hilton and tend to be a little difficult to please. My check-in experience was incredibly fast & flawless! My room was immaculate. I enjoyed an incredibly hot shower with excellent water pressure. I love the hygiene products! The beds and pillows are plush and comfortable. My TV was perfect. Room and location is nice however the best part of the visit was the customer service. Sajan took great care of us and made us feel at home. Sajan was super helpful and accommodating.
