Great for a small place to sleep on Plano.
The front desk Danny was great and have very good customer service
Finally a hotel without the disgusting carpet flooring. The floor is very clean that you could go barefoot. There’s also a proper desk you can work from. 10/10 would come again.
UPDATE! We came back and stayed at Tru again. 4th time! Very clean and comfortable. As always everyone was very sweet. Chanda was awesome. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. All the Tru by Hilton needs the outside seating area covered. Morning, noon and night this seating area is directly in the Texas sun. 🥵 This is the second Tru We have stayed at and it by far is the best. Diego made everything so easy.
