Firstly, rude service. Apart from that, we were given the wrong room and then were told that yes it was their mistake, but nothing could be done to fix the issue. The only good thing was the breakfast service. I will never stay here again. It was such a waste of our time and money.
I have stayed at other Tru’s before and have had great experiences. This was our 1st time saying at this location. We checked in and the girls at the front desk were super friendly. Walked into our room , I noticed there was hair everywhere and a toothpick !! I mean from the entrance to almost to the window!! I was grossed out and went to the front desk I we were moved to another room. Location was great the rooms were small and left the fan on at all times but no matter what we tried the room was extremely humid woke up to damp socks hoodies shirts everything was wet
The stay was fine. I only needed the room to rest before my flight, and it served that purpose well.
