The hotel was clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, our experience with some of the staff was disappointing. At 10:50 a.m., someone who appeared to be a supervisor—not a housekeeping staff member—knocked on my daughter's room to remind them that checkout was at 11:00 a.m. Later, my husband returned to the room before 11:00 to take a quick shower after loading our truck, and they called the room to remind him that checkout was at 11:00. On a recent trip to Arizona to visit my son, I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Considering how affordable it was, I didn't expect such a high level of quality. The property is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained. The lobby is modern, inviting, and very cute. The only downside was the parking, but everything else more than made up for it. I had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough! The entire room was clean. The breakfast was the highlight of my mornings. A huge spread with so many delicious, fresh options. A massive thank you to Dan and Eli for their exceptional hospitality; their warm, professional service made my trip truly special. Highly recommended!
