The breakfast was really good. The staff were really awesome.
My recent experience at Tru by Hilton Phoenix Midtown was quite pleasant. The staff were very accomodating with my handicap status and my scooter.
Great location in downtown Phoenix. Lobby has lot of tables and chairs to enjoy playing board games. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful, thanks to Raquel! She is so professional, kind, and genuinely sweet. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her warm personality made my experience even better. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness, but Raquel does it effortlessly. She truly made my stay unforgettable—I can’t recommend her enough!
Check-in was easy, the room was comfortable, and the pet-friendly stay made it even better. Raquel was amazing—so friendly and helpful. She really made our visit great! Breakfast was complementary and delicious.
