The pillows stink, they don't wash or change pillows, is terrible for allergy.
Friendly staff, rooms are plain but clean. Breakfast is terrible though.. needs so much help. Please add good protein.
Tru by Hilton in Pflugerville, TX was a very pleasant surprise stay. We stayed 15 nights over the Christmas / New Year's holidays and from customer service to housekeeping to honoring our request for a top floor room away from the ice machine / elevator - yeah this was a great place to stay in so many ways. Breakfast in the mornings hit the spot and was decent quality in the offerings - which was different most days. Pool was nice, but a bit cold out to use - thought about it though.
