One of the best experiences in a while at a Hilton property
This was the best free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, or at least in the last 5-10 years, and the hotel was nice in every way. The staff was very pleasant and the Hilton app seems to actually do what it is supposed to do, loved room access with my phone. We used to stay at Hyatt Place in Round Rock when visiting family in Pflugerville, but it was a little worse for wear during our last visit in 2023. Not a fan. The beds had itchy sheets and breakfast was sad and disappointing after a less than sleepful night due to a noisy neighbor and what are apparently paper thin walls. Property is definitely starting to show wear. Time for some desperately needed updates.
