Large spacious rooms, very clean and reasonably priced
Overall, the hotel wasn’t bad. It seemed clean and had all the standard hotel stuff. No in room microwaves or coffee makers which I was bummed about but having continental breakfast made it make more sense. Some other odd things though. The bathroom door didn’t latch nor did it lock. As in even if it did latch the lock on the handle still didn’t work. I stayed alone so not a huge deal. The window shades are semi-sheer. I know for a fact I left my ring in my room after check out (nice ring David yurman) I called right away and was told nothing was there would leave a note for cleaning . Called again said they found nothing emailed as well never got back . Totally understand it’s my fault for being forgetful just sucks can’t trust people anymore to return and be honest about what they find.
Service is number 1 at this hotel. Everyone is very happy to make us happy, even our dog. For instance, my dog(Violet) and I were getting on the the elevator on the 2nd floor as it was coming down. An employee (Daisy) was on the elevator and noticed how afraid Violet was. She quickly offered to get off so Violet wouldn't be so afraid. That was very considerate of her. My nephew stayed for 2 days and liked the rooms. The service at the front desk was excellent. A little bit pricey though
