Terrible hotel. Staff is racist. Seen to many colored children in the pool and told everyone they had to get out because it was more then 9 people in the pools parties weren’t even together and we were the first ones in the pool . Then told us we couldn’t gather in the lounge area to have cake and pizza because no birthday is allowed. There was a white family of 6 or 7 in there having a gathering. Ceilings are thin and loud. Toddlers upstairs sounded like a head of buffalo starting at 5 am both mornings. Alarm clocks are pre set to 6 am it turns out. Also there are no buttons on these clocks so you just end up ripping it out of the wall. But let's talk about the breakfast. It should not be this hard to do continental breakfast. Booking a room 2 months in advance shouldn't leave the guests waiting in the lobby waiting for their room to be ready well after check-in time. The front desk staff seems especially uninterested in helping the guests understand the delay or even giving a timeline of when to expect the room ready. Pool was fun for the kids and clean.
