We’re on our way home to Minnesota, driving from Utah and stopped here for the last leg of the journey. We checked in 9/21 around 10:00 pm and checked out the next morning around 11:30 am. To our surprise, our car had been broken into and our luggage stolen. The front desk “manager” was very unhelpful, had a general attitude as if we were an inconvenience, and said they could not help us nor allow us to review the footage because their manager was “busy” and could not say when they wouldn’t be “busy”. Unfortunately I wanted to like this hotel but I just can’t. I woke up with over 20 bed bug bites. I left a voicemail with the manager and emailed her proof of the bites. Never once did I get a call back or email back. I had to call the hotel a second time to finally get ahold of her. She told me “yeah, it’s out of our control when people bring in bed bugs”. I got compensated 10,000 Hilton points which doesn't even cover one night stay. And I stayed two nights. What a joke.
Exceptionally clean rooms great customer service the water pressure was amazing never wanted to leave. All this and Priced Right
