Booked this hotel with a team reservation weeks in advance. Upon my arrival, the front desk person sees me walking in with my 2 daughters, he hands me the key, lets me walk all the way to the room to find out he had given me a king (1 bed) only. I go downstairs and he tells me that his manager gave away my room and he only had king rooms available. They never called me ahead of time to confirm if it was ok to give my room. It was a very nice hotel with awesome entertainment for guests (billiards and other games) the entertainment area was very relaxing while watching the college games before going out. The rooms were very nice!
