Amazing staff/ couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. Even the check in process and answering calls. Class act and really would stay here if you are in the area.
Their tankless water heater broke, day of, so they offered me a refund, but not a relocation. OH, WAIT! You have to call this other number..... and I called that number, talked to Katherine with a "K". She said it had to come from them. Things happen, I get that, but I don't appreciate the run around on the refund.
