Room was nice, bed slept well, air works exceptionally good. Water in the shower was confusing at first-hot was cold, cold was hot. Breakfast was good. Minus because the front desk attendant didn’t tell me what time breakfast started or pool opening/closing times. This needs to a be standard information given at check in, had to call front desk-who really wants to call and did this this on vacation? We were here to relax!
I was hiking at the Rocky Bayou State Park across the street. So I thought I would just stay one night at Tru by Hilton. It's a very small room but nice. Very clean. My room had a view of the bay. Two big windows with a cool blackout shade that goes up and down. I asked for a quiet room away from hotel traffic. They put me on the 4th floor, nice location. It was one of our hotel stops, but it doesn't make us feel disappointed. Kids love it, nice view and good breakfast.
Tru by Hilton Niceville was amazing. It was affordable, we had a great breakfast every morning,the pool was clean,very close to Destin and the staff were great, very nice and very helpful! Paul checked us in Thursday night and was there every evening during our stay. He gave us suggestions about popular restaurants and places that we would enjoy.
