I checked in and was never given a blue card for existing the parking deck, unfortunately had to use my debit card and was subsequently charged. Upon going to the reception desk and getting an apology and blue card along with procedures to get a refund on my card. Sending a email with dates of my stay, etc. to the hotel manager has been an ordeal. The hotel manager Johana Saravia will not return my calls so I can explain the situation. Great place to stay, centrally located
Our room was clean and included a shower instead of a bathtub...which I prefer. It was a great location. The included breakfast was large and had several different options for all tastes. I highly recommend.

Have to start with the breakfast. The staff here were flawless. They communicated so well with one another. Everything was stocked neatly. Super clean. Trash not over flowing. Polite. Smiles. Just amazing. Overall great hotel with great parking and a nice little pool. Location is perfect. Excellent place to stay for bang for the buck.
