The walk to Broadway was suppose to be 8 minutes from this hotel. Turns out, it was nearly a 20 minute walk. So not happy about that.
The front desk, specifically Erica was so helpful and kind during my stay. First room had some noise and she quickly moved me. Very professional and sweet. Rooms were clean and overall enjoyed the hotel.
Would not stay here again. This was my first experience staying at a Tru. I am not a fan of the minimalist concept. The room had no where to sit down other than the bed. For this specific hotel, everything was damp. I am not sure if this was due to the massive amount of rain we experienced or if there is something malfunctioning with the HVAC system. Erica, Marlisa, and Trishana were exceptional. If you want a space to just relax and enjoy Nashville this is where you need to be. I've stayed in several Hilton properties and this one has the best breakfast options. I'll definitely be back.
