We love Erica Shannon, her hospitality was amazing
Room was very tiny. No closet or safe. The hotel itself was mostly clean. Staff was overall friendly until I asked for an 11:30 checkout instead of 11. You’ve thought I asked for 2 extra hours or something. So come 11 had to wait 15 mins for an elevator because everyone was leaving at once. Close enough to Broadway it was a quick walk. Free breakfast was fair
Very clean. Conveniently located.
Good location to the arenas, bars, and clubs downtown. Price was right, but you had to pay for parking which is the norm for the area. The parking garage is tight so don't drive your jacked up diesel truck.
Excellent stay & great location. The staff was great, and very accommodating. We were traveling with our dog and I’ve never felt so welcome somewhere! What an excellent facility!
