I had a great stay overall — the room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable, which made it an excellent value. However, my experience at the front desk left a bit to be desired. While the check-in process was smooth, the staff could be more attentive and guest-focused. One particular detail stood out: the hotel only provides complimentary bottled water upon arrival. Rooms were nice but needed to be cleaned better. I found a contact lens on the floor from the previous stay, pretty disgusting. I was also quite disappointed during my stay at this hotel from September 1 through the seventh. On the night of September 5, our entire hotel ended up losing power for approximately two hours. During this time, many of us went down to the lobby to try to figure out what happened. We were not given any explanation. No one from the front desk knew what had happened. Nice hotel for business travelers. They have an ironing board for shirts. Great location to businesses. A little noise from upstairs since they don't use carpet. Breakfast was lame. Stale bread and empty yogurt machine.
