I’ve stayed at many Tru and other Hilton brand hotels, and this location falls below average compared to others I’ve visited. During my stays, there have been issues such as dirty bathrooms and the breakfast area not being adequately stocked. The service has also been disappointing, particularly at the front desk. Overall, this location hasn’t lived up to the standard I’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand. Hopefully my work trips out here will be limited, as I’d prefer not to stay at this location again.

Cool room, just wasn’t clean properly. The cleaning crew here just ran through the rooms and not detailed enough.

Probably the worst hotel stay we’ve had. We have stayed with plenty Hilton properties across the US. This one is the worst one by far. The staff were extremely unpleasant (whenever we could find a staff member or whenever they decided to look away from their personal phones) The latina breakfast attendant looked so angry & was unapproachable.
