Front desk receptionist Kristin (hopefully I got his name correct) was so kind and sweet made my visit very pleasant. Only thing I would suggest would maybe and Turky bacon or sausage to menu not everyone eats pork.
Clean room, easy location to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Tasty breakfast. And the check in and out experience with Julisa was absolutely wonderful. Her enthusiasm was infectious. Over all a delightful experience.
I didn't like that there are no closets in the room. Breakfast was a horrific disappointment so I went out looking for breakfast. Service was amazing.
Great hotel and the perfect launchpad for exploring Charleston’s gems. The staff here is AMAZING, big shout-out to Creston and Zoe for being so helpful throughout our stay. I loved the games area and the colorful murals that highlight local spots. Don’t miss the Truly Local Wall with staff recommendations, it led me to the incredible International African American Museum, which I’d rank as one of the best museums in the country. 10/10 stay. Thanks again to the wonderful team!
