Clean and priced very well …
Wonderful stay. Hotel staff was so friendly and so accommodating! Great location in Mount Pleasant. Hotel and room were impeccably clean and well maintained. We will be back on our next visit with our daughter for sure!
I really wanted to like this place, the rooms are lovely but the walls are paper thin and I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors were doing. Unfortunately they decided to keep their TV on ALL night, so I got to hear a low bass through the wall the entire night. I know it's a 2star hotel, but seriously, I shouldn't be able to listen to the TV show my neighbor is listening to
Not a fan of Tru. Though the staff was super helpful and the place was very clean. It seems to be kind of a kitchy idea to bringpeopletogether. I'm sure good for young folks or families. I am not a fan of not having a coffee setup in my room. It seems like the premise of this place is to encourage everyone to gather in the lobby. I'm a senior and I would rather not do that around gobs of children, toddlers and babies. It was a lot like being on the buffet line on a cruise ship. The kids sure were having a blast though.
