Always stay at Hilton’s and loved a previous Tru so tried this one out. We didn’t like it. Beds were uncomfortable, service was not that great, complimentary breakfast was meh. Overall just wasn’t our usual Hilton experience. We came in town for a truck event and it was a convenient distance from the speedway. We will stay elsewhere for next years event.
A friend booked my room for me. The first night it took about 4-6 key cards because the key card reader wouldn’t read any of them. The front desk person had to come up to let me in. The next day I had to swap rooms because of it but I finally had key cards working so I could come and go. The next night there were screaming teens in the lobby after 10pm.
