The hotel is ultra modern and clean but very minimal on comfort/security compared to others. Beds: You know how you sometimes have to stuff cardboard or sugar packets under a restaurant table to keep it level? We had to do that with the BEDS to keep them from making the loudest clunking sound. My bottom bed sheet was extremely pilled and scratchy - it was the oldest bed sheet I've ever seen in a hotel and should have been thrown away about 20 washes ago. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel to date. I travel often and exclusively use Hilton hotels. There was a big ice storm that came and hit my area and we were without power. We had no other option, but to get a hotel room for the night as we have a toddler that we needed to keep warm. Before we booked this hotel, we confirmed that they would have food available to the guests for ordering from 5-9pm. Our room was very clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful (especially Amanda). I wish our bathroom had an exhaust fan so the room didn’t get as humid after showering, and that we had body wash instead of hand wash in the shower (likely a mixup). If we are ever back in the area we would stay here again.

Absolutely disgusting. Was charged a smoking fee, despite not smoking. Was told by placing trash in the trash can it was smoking. Hilton would rather you throw your trash in the parking lot.

Incredibly rude front desk staff. Sat at the front desk for like 10-15 minutes because I needed a towel and waters. I walked around the lobby and couldn’t find anyone. No one at the restaurant, Starbucks, or front desk. I called the front desk 4 times and knocked on the office door twice. Finally, on the second time I knocked, the girl came out and was so unbelievably rude. I told her what happened and she laughed in my face. She said “20 minutes?!
