I have stayed at Hilton's for every trip and this hotel did not meet the standard. My stay was the longest week. The only positive note I can make on my stay was that the staff kept the hotel and room clean. From here it goes downhill. The people at the front desk were not helpful at all with one front desk person bordering on rude.. The breakfast was for Tru Hilton customers only, but the front desk would open it up to people off the street and those staying at the other hotel. The rooms are very inadequate. Hotel has friendly staff. Rooms are new and comfortable. The free breakfast seems like a afterthought because they want you to eat at the hotel restaurant. Hot food was missing or lukewarm. Other items are poorly stocked but there was enough to get breakfast for both mornings.

The hotel is ultra modern and clean but very minimal on comfort/security compared to others. Beds: You know how you sometimes have to stuff cardboard or sugar packets under a restaurant table to keep it level? We had to do that with the BEDS to keep them from making the loudest clunking sound. My bottom bed sheet was extremely pilled and scratchy - it was the oldest bed sheet I've ever seen in a hotel and should have been thrown away about 20 washes ago.
