Craig , Craig , Craig !!! The rooms are clean customer service is the best . Alex and Craig are very nice and hospital. They made sure that I got what I needed so I am appreciative an I had a wonderful comfortable stay . Parking is great . A/c blasting . Welcome bags 10/10 I would def come back
Tuve una excelente experiencia en Tru by Hilton Miramar. Desde el momento en que llegué, Graig en la recepción brindó un servicio al cliente excepcional. Fue muy amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con todo lo que necesitaba. Todas mis interacciones con él fueron muy positivas, haciéndome sentir bienvenida y valorada como huésped. I like the Tru brand. The bed are comfy. This location was exactly where I needed. The place was very clean. The rooms are typical, a little small 219 sf but not unexpected. It's great to go and hang out in the living room and around the pool table in the lobby. Breakfast is hot and typical. The service was perfect staff was always ready to help. Craig my front desk agent was so helpful and ready to make the Tru brand better. One would think he has ownership. This was an 18+- days stay so I did get a good feel for the place.... read more
