Well, what can I say. I didn't stay there, they didn't gave me the opportunity. I had a reservation for 2 nights and was expecting to arrive around 10pm. I did the online check-in through the app and was thinking everything was alright. My flight got delayed so I didnt arrive to FL that night and arrived around 3-4am. Because "I was a no-show", they didn't let me do the check-in and in front of me, the cancelled my reservation. I explained that I did the check-in and they told me "they don't use the app".
