I am a Hilton Diamond member and travel often for work, and have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years during work trips. The new staff is incredibly rude now. I used to get ‘complimentary’ water but was told I couldn’t by the girl working night shift on 7/22. I experienced such a rude individual on the morning of 7/23 (approx 8am) when I requested to extend my stay. The woman who answered at the front desk seemed very inconvenienced by me.
