Horrifying experience!! My daughter had a room reservation for June 26. She was traveling cross country by herself. She even called to let the front dest know that she would be a late check - in and was assured she would be find Upon arriving at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. The front desk clerk informed my daughter that the hotel "system was down" and that they could not accomodate her. Clean and convenient
Stay here once a month and love it! Rooms are always clean, I’ve only had one negative experience with a person at the front once (haven’t since her since) and love the coffee. There is free breakfast but it’s not my favorite. Update- they need better lighting on the exterior, none of the lights are working making it very dark at night and early morning. In addition, there’s a lot of trash surrounding the hotel, they only keep the front of the hotel clean.
Tomi was beyond amazing. She’s literally the reason I would come back to stay at this hotel in the future! She went above and beyond for my stay. I really enjoyed the small talk and just her personality altogether. Thank you, and I hope I didn’t spell your name wrong. You’re awesome!!! Just to add, the room was perfectly clean, the beds were super comfy. I’m sad we didn’t get to stay longer but I would for sure come back! Look no further, this is the place you want to stay at!
