We usually have a nice experience except for this time. Pancake machine not working on our first day. We came back 5 days later on our way home and it was working on a Saturday morning but by 9:40 am they didn’t have eggs and the pancake machine didn’t have the mix. Several customers asked for the eggs and pancakes but the hotel was not planning to put more food. There was a sports event so many families were there. Stayed 2 nights. No working ice machines. In the room I had the Toilet was not secured to the ground and would move or tilt and the toilet and sink had a lack of water pressure and took forever to fill The breakfast was a joke. No pancakes or even someone keeping an eye on things to refill it. Nice clean place, nice friendly staff, there breakfast hours and quanity were not ideal. Overall decent accommodations.

I'm very disappointed. I've stayed here a couple of times with no issues . This time around was different. First of all , once we got our room , we ended up getting a dirty room . Trash was in the room, dirty towels , beds weren't made . We got another which was better . Then breakfast came around, which started at 7am , 7:30 came around and breakfast wasn't completely out . No warm food . No oatmeal. The new employee had no clue what to do .

Would not recommend using the provided soap as the dispenser is disgusting. Also this hotel is missing a lot of normal hotel amenities in the rooms.
