I was sleeping peacefully then came the false alarm at 23:35 , the whole hotel had come down and the front desk said it was a false alarm. We went back to our rooms and the false alarm started going off several times in the night , when I called the front desk if it was a true or false alarm he said it was a false alarm and they are trying to fix it ?? I had a great experience during my stay! The staff were genuinely welcoming and radiated positivity throughout. A special shoutout to Kira—she was incredibly kind and warm, and her energy made me feel truly at home. The hotel is also in a super convenient location, which made everything easier. Highly recommend!
Kira was the young lady who got me checked out she was nice with a comical side to her jokes all while I was checking out nice hotel will be back
Firstly, Kira is an exceptional customer care representative. We walked in, her smile and happiness was a much needed greeting after a tumultuous trip. She offered numerous suggestions in the hotel for us to enjoy, as well as the area, and confirmed we had everything needed for our stay.
