The staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Annette. She made me feel like we knew each other since childhood. My only complaint about the hotel is there isn't a microwave or coffee maker in the rooms. But I 100% recommend the hotel

This is the best guest experience i have had and I been in places! It is super clean and staff makes you feel at home. My room was right next to the elivator, but the bed was so comfortable, nothing could wake me up. Breakfast is served very early and the dinning area connects to the lobby, guest corner and lounge, where a wall to wall painting of the Jackson 5 is proudly displayed, so there is plenty of places to sit and relax if you are travelling by yourself, a couple or family. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to access from I65 and is probably the best available for the price point in the area. It’s bare bones for a Hilton property, being that it’s targeted to the younger set. Our only complaint was that the room was not very clean. The bed was fine but the floors and bathroom really needed a good scrubbing. The floors were sticky and I wouldn’t go barefoot on them. Overall, a decent choice for a night on the road from one place to another.

Well when we arrived on Saturday August 30 2025 they didn't give us our handicap accessible room that I asked for down on the first floor and then I was told that we had to take the room on the third floor. Then when we arrived in our room, we tried to work the television and on the television only certain channels work so we weren't able to watch any TV because of it the whole entire day and night The service lady did come upstairs to try and reset the channels and she got in contact with Hilton customer service but we neve... read more

I stayed at this hotel from August 30 to September 1. During my stay, the door to my room malfunctioned, and I was unable to enter with my children for about an hour and a half. We had to wait in the hallway and lobby until it was fixed, which was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The manager assured me that the rate would be adjusted, but instead of reducing the higher rate for that night, they only applied it to the following day.
