Evette was very rude and disrespected my sister with snarky attitude and lack luster support. She decided to answer all my sisters inquiries about her member perks with sarcasm and short malice. Retrain. Immediately.
Some of the best examples of hospitality I have ever seen. We arrived late and the front desk helped us find a spot outside since we had a large trailer. Breakfast was the same as most hotels but Annette greeted everyone with smiles and hugs. She also engaged in conversations with most people waking up. It put people in good moods right away.
This hotel has the absolute best breakfast host! Her name is Anette and she is the friendliest person I have ever met at a hotel and she gives amazing hugs! I wish the world had more Anettes!!
Exactly what we needed for our trip. Better than I expected.
