Not up to Hilton standards. Stayed a night last week on my way to Houston. First room was filthy and had a roach in it. Asked to move rooms and the front desk agent was nice but hardly empathetic. In the second room, there was hair in the shower and barely any hot water. After 8 hours plus on the road, I was very tired and didn’t feel like moving rooms again. Still waiting for a response to my email from the GM after a week! Update: The GM did end up calling me and making the situation right. have updated my rating.
The hotel was nice and clean and Mrs.Kathy was accommodating to the situation about the first room had and she switched rooms no problem. I would definitely stay again and have my family to stay.
I stayed at Tru by Hilton McKinney for multiple nights and it was amazing l. Hotel lobby is vibrant and welcoming, with a cool, open, modern design including pool table. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and large 50” TV. The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. Highly recommended for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.
I stayed here for a work trip and honestly had a really solid experience. The hotel was brand new, clean, modern, and quiet, which is exactly what I want after a long day of work. The room was comfortable and set up well, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Staff was very friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and the breakfast was perfect. Overall, it was a great value and I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area for work.
