Brendon was my night staff when I arrived he was great and corlis was my morning staff for checkout great customer service
Checked in around 11:40pm to get a quick power nap before taking off to our destination and this hotel was the best! Customer service is hard to find now a days but oh man, Roberts mannerisms and carisma were on point. 10/10 would stay here again. Rooms very clean, easy check in, unique design of the entire hotel. Beds were so comfortable and pillows were extra fluffy!
The Air Conditioner went out in the room and I was told I can come up there and talk stern to it. Service my second night was absolutely ridiculous. My room was hot and basically there was nothing done about it. Will never stay at this hotel again!
