The front staff (Harry) and team were very accommodating for my trip. They were welcoming and able to give me a room when I arrived before check in. Try hotels have a unique vibe and great when I’m traveling.

We stayed at the Tru by Hilton in McKinney on March 29. We were there for My Son’s wedding and when we got to our room it was not ready, the beds were completely not made. We had to switch rooms. When another guest showed up to check in they gave them a key to our room. They were able to walk in to our room until they noticed all our suitcases there. They went back to front desk to get another room. Sunday morning the fire alarm went off waking us up at 6am after being out late at the wedding. We all evacuated down 4 flights... read more

This is a brand new hotel, Michael checked us in and was so friendly and wonderful! He answered all my questions and when we returned from dinner, he even asked us how dinner was! He was great about also conversing with my children.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The managers went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs and concerns were addressed, and their hospitality truly made my stay special.
