Imagine your aunt has a guest room that she uses as her hobby room most days. That’s this room. The bed is like a permanent fold out bed. The door lock was broken so you prop an ironing board against it to let you know someone is trying to get in. The AC is jacked up to refrigerator, and the staff where’s tshirts like it’s a tech start up or McDonalds.
We came to stay the night here so we could wake up and go to Kings Island. When we first got here we had issues with the third party booking, but the staff helped us resolve the issue. This place is clean, quiet, and friendly. They have a huge breakfast in the mornings too. They have oatmeal with Toppings, eggs, polo sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, begals, and just any type of topping you can find. Not to mention, they have a pool and exercise room as well.
Very disappointed for a Hilton. Bathrooms lights flickered the whole two days like a strobe light. Ac thermostat stuck on so room was 60 degrees until we periodically cut it off manually. TVs are so outdated. Like 30 basic cable channels w no working guide. It’s 2025. Smart tvs in places that cost this much are the norm. Then you can access Netflix, YouTube, or your own YouTube tv accounts. I would not stay here again.
Housekeeping doesn't throw out garbage but throws away my medicine. Wouldn't trust this hotel if you stay here. I'm worried I'll have a seizure tonight because of this. If you do stay here I would advise you put a do not disturb sign on the door. This hotel could be good if they got rid of the bad employees that work for housekeeping.
