We had such a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton in Mason, OH! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable, but what really made my experience stand out was the staff. A special thank you to Amber, who went above and beyond with her attention and hospitality. She made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured that everything about my stay was enjoyable. We truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be returning!

The man at the front desk was so rude on the phone. I asked a few simple questions and i got very rude responses for them. So rude that i canceled my reservation. I will be sure to let others know as well.

Imagine your aunt has a guest room that she uses as her hobby room most days. That’s this room. The bed is like a permanent fold out bed. The door lock was broken so you prop an ironing board against it to let you know someone is trying to get in. To wrap it up the Tv also wasn’t working while the AC is jacked up to refrigerator level cold, and the staff where’s tshirts like it’s a tech start up or McDonalds. For TLDR: It’s a budget friendly Hilton, don’t expect much. Just enough to get by.
