Breakfast machines were broken & were attempted to be fixed by the hotel staff every morning. Only cereal, bagels, eggs and cold sausage was available. For the limited items that were available - some of the food (eggs, bagels) had sticky notes stating “just use your fingers” as no tongs were available. Not a health regulation concern? The room also had a humidity issue where everything has a constant layer of dew. Mostly clean, but definitely run down.

This was our second stay here. It was definitely a great stay! The pool table was our highlight of our stay, really nice to have. Rooms were clean, hotel was overall clean as well. The breakfast ladies are VERY nice and attentive, didn’t get names but appreciated them. Will come back!

Schönes modernes Hotel in der Nähe von Kings Island. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Amerikanisches Frühstück ist inkludiert (Eier, Bagles, Toast, Pancakes und Cerealien). Pluspunkt war das Obst (Äpfel und Orangen). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Very happy with my stay here! I was a walk in, they had rooms available and were very accommodating. Rooms were super clean and bright, and the complementary breakfast was very nice as well! The only thing is that thier plumbing does need some work. Toilet would run unless you jiggled the handle to get it to stop and the shower would leak out into the floor if not careful. Besides this everything was fine - and the only reason I didnt give 5 stars to the room.
