Stayed in this hotel over holiday. The bathroom sink was clogged. There heater broke and no heat and lots of barking dogs. Had to change rooms. Not much better but had heat. Bright spot was lady who ran breakfast buffet. She was a RAY of sunshine and mornings lovely. Would not recommend hotel. Front desk lacked sense of energy or the appearance of caring.
Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a weird smell, maybe it was cleaning products? Breakfast is included.
Hotel was nice and fairly clean but the elevators and hallways had a strong smell of grease/oil. The younger Indian gentleman working the front counter seemed to hate his job and was not very welcoming or helpful.
Great rooms great customer service.
