Room was clean and comfortable, except for being very cold in the hallways and bathroom. I don’t think they heat the hallway at all. The bottom floor was fine, but the fourth floor hallway was frigid. The room heat didn’t seem to reach the bathroom either.
Hotel is very nice and clean and new. Breakfast was good and pool was great. But 2 stars due to not being able to get any sleep due to the room above us being occupied by kids under 12 with zero supervision running around and jumping until past 11.30pm. Made several comlaints about the noise and ended up being moved to the 4th floor. Was told that 2 other groups had left due to the noise and there was also another woman in the lobby complaining about the noise also. I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times were great. Modern feel and great amenities. The indoor pool was the perfect size, the exercise room was sufficient, and our room was clean and spacious. I really enjoyed having access to coffee at all times in the lobby. The continental breakfast was ok.
