They handled our check-in and stay details with true professionalism, and their teamwork shows a real commitment to making things as easy as possible for guests. I've been to over a dozen Tru hotels over the last 4 months. This location was the absolute worst. The room was room had minimal everything. 1 lamp,no where to store your clothes not even a luggage rack, no coffee maker. I had groceries and lost most of them to the tiniest fridge. No cold beer in this thing. Not a thing on the walls lol Just 1 cheap chair for the cheap so called work spacel. Nothing cozy nor comfortable about this over priced stay.
