Absolute Rip Off!! They raised their prices over 25% from my last visit with no improvement, actually d got worse. Bathroom sink didn’t drain right. Window curtain was damaged and would not go up or down. Bathroom shampoos & bath wash was empty. I can see going up on the price if they made my stay better. DISAPPOINTED!!

We had stayed here before but didn’t remember one key perk this hotel doesn’t have due to its branding! No coffee in rooms!! I don’t let anyone see me until I’ve had my coffee! Our experience started with a tv remote that only controlled volume and on/off. No way to change channels. The clerk came and tried himself and moved us across the hall. Problem solved. Room is great, the shower doesn’t have great water pressure and is to tall, the shower door also leaks so when you get out there is water all over the floor. Also there isn’t a microwave in the room, that’s really annoying, when I stay in a hotel I want to be able to warm up my leftovers and I have to go all the way to the lobby to warm my food up to bring it back to the room.
