Staff are excellent - Nicole helped us check in and she helped us find a great room for our baby and to accommodate my husbands recent injury. Room was pretty good - I really did not like the squeeze bottles for soap as they were hard to dispense from and were hard to use if your hands were dirty. Room has mini fridge but no frozen section like some do. Breakfast was adequate but would have been nice to had some more fruit options. My family met in Lincoln for a variety of activities and we all stayed at Tru. It’s a nice, centrally located hotel in Lincoln. It’s close to shopping and just off O street. Our room was small but that was ok, because we spent little time in it. The breakfast was “meh” but everything else was great. We especially loved the area down in the lobby. There were big sectionals, comfy chairs, and tables to congregate around. We brought in snacks and drinks and spent hours talking and laughing. Staff was courteous. Rooms were clean... read more
